Maryland State Tournament

Shorebirds Game

At 7pm, the coaching staff enjoyed an evening at the stadium to watch the Shorebirds play.   In the 6th inning, Coach Prange was asked to entertain the crowd by playing a cash game.  The Coach's quick hands and determination won an impressive $23.00.  This, he said, was $23.00 more than he had when he got there.  Perhaps he will buy a shiny new fungo.

Coach Truman caught a foul ball and when a fan offered him 10 bucks for it, he told him to move on.

Willie was there and found in the press-box trying to get on the Jumbo-tron without success.

The Greenbelt coaches want to thank Salisbury Post 64 for their hospitality and baseball spirit.
